[1] The trial judge's reasons make it clear that he considered the appellant to be exceptionally unreliable. The 3 findings attacked by the appellant are all supported by the evidence, although there is contradictory evidence as to each. As to the motor vehicle claim it was open to him to find that he had not proven any value which the trial judge was willing to accept as reliable.

[2] We are not prepared to interfere and the appeal must be dismissed with costs.

Appeal dismissed.
