At the first Case Management Conference, the Tribunal noted that the applicant intended to submit a revised application to address City staff concerns.

The applicant appealed the City of Toronto's failure to adopt requested official plan and zoning by-law amendments to permit the intensification of an existing shopping centre with mixed-use buildings.

Following a prior interim decision allowing the appeals in principle, the Tribunal was advised that all conditions had been satisfied.

The Ontario Land Tribunal issued a final Order allowing an appeal in part under subsection 34(11) of the Planning Act, amending the City of Toronto Zoning By-law 569-2013 and the former Etobicoke Zoning Code.
