THIS MATTER having come on for a public hearing from January 27th to 31st, 2020 and the Tribunal having determined that the appeals under subsection 34(11) of the Planning Act (the “Appeals”) should be allowed and that the proposed zoning by-law amendments are in a final form and content satisfactory to the City and should be approved.
AND PURSUANT TO RULE 24.3 OF THE TRIBUNAL'S RULES this Order is effective on August 12,2022.
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the Appeal pursuant to Subsection 22(7) of the Planning Act is dismissed.
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the Appeals pursuant to Subsection 34(11) of the Planning Act, are allowed, in part, and that City of Toronto By-laws 569-2013 and 438-86, as amended, are hereby amended in the manner respectively set out in Attachments “1” and “2” to this Order. The Tribunal authorizes the municipal clerk to format, as may be necessary, and assign a number to these by-laws for record keeping purposes.

The Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal are amalgamated and continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”). Any reference to the preceding tribunals or the former Ontario Municipal Board is deemed to be a reference to the Tribunal.
