REASONS FOR DECISION
1The appeal is dismissed for the reasons given by Rahman J.A. dated January 5, 2026 in refusing to stay enforcement of the mortgage pending appeal, with which we agree.
2We add that Mr. Pitters’ submission about title to the parcel and the respondent’s standing has no merit. The mortgage and its transfer to Home Trust are clearly reflected on the parcel abstract in the record.
3The appeal is therefore dismissed with costs payable to the respondent by the appellant in the amount of $4,000 of all-inclusive.
