THIRD ADDENDUM AND COSTS: REASONS FOR DECISION
1We agree that the unpaid November 6, 2024 $4,000 costs award made by Justice Harvison Young in favour of the appellants shall be deducted from the damages otherwise payable to the respondent. We accept the damages recalculation submitted by the appellants, with the following exception. There is a $1 addition error: the Total (net profit) figure should be $939,898.64; 50% of which is $469,949.32.
2These reasons conclude all outstanding issues in this matter. In the circumstances of this case, where the results are somewhat mixed, we conclude that the parties should bear their own costs. We therefore order that there be no costs.
