COSTS: REASONS FOR DECISION
1The court allowed this appeal on May 14, 2026. We asked the parties to address the issue of costs for the motion because the issue had not been addressed at the appeal hearing.
2The parties have advised the court that they have reached an agreement respecting costs of the motion. The plaintiffs shall pay costs to the appellant in the amount of $4,000 all-inclusive, as agreed to by the parties.
