APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT
1The appellant’s counsel made a comprehensive and highly professional argument in this tragic case.
2However, in our view this is a case that demands only one result. We agree with Nordheimer J.’s reasons and with his disposition.
3Only an adult sentence properly achieves the accountability of the appellant for this horrific crime. Importantly, it also allows for the potential rehabilitation of the appellant and his re-integration into society.
4The appeal is dismissed.
