1We are of the opinion that the adjournment granted was an interlocutory order and therefore we do not have jurisdiction.
2We are of the opinion that the respondent is entitled to some costs but having regard to the late filing of the respondent’s material at 4:30 p.m. yesterday costs are fixed in the amount of $700, inclusive of disbursements and all applicable taxes.
