A status hearing was held regarding appeals by 2820746 Ontario Corp. and Delbrook Group against the Township of Tay's development charge by-laws.
Delbrook Group withdrew its appeal following the hearing.
The Tribunal approved the draft Procedural Order and Issues List on consent of the remaining parties and scheduled a four-day video hearing.
