The applicant filed an application with the Condominium Authority Tribunal which proceeded to mediation.
The applicant subsequently informed the Tribunal that they wished to withdraw the case, and the respondent agreed.
The Tribunal accepted the withdrawal with prejudice, ordered the parties to bear their own costs, and closed the case.
