The member's certificates were suspended for two months, and he was ordered to appear for a reprimand.

The Ontario College of Teachers brought discipline proceedings against a member following his criminal convictions for assault and criminal harassment against two female colleagues.

The member did not attend the hearing but signed an Agreed Statement of Facts.

The Discipline Committee found the member guilty of professional misconduct, revoked his teaching certificate, and ordered that he cannot apply for reinstatement for five years.
