Marie applied for an order to alter the boundaries of its existing Urban Service Line pursuant to section 370.1(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001.
The City sought approval of By-law 2025-74 to extend municipal water and sewer services.
The Tribunal noted that proper notice was given, no objections were filed, and the City's engineering department and PUC Services Inc. confirmed adequate capacity for the extension.
The Tribunal approved the application and the by-law.
