The appellant appealed to the Supreme Court of Canada from a judgment of the Manitoba Court of Appeal, which had allowed a Crown appeal from his acquittal on charges of sexual intercourse with a female under 14 and gross indecency.
The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal, finding no error in the majority judgment of the Court of Appeal.
