The appellants requested a written rehearing to vary a previously approved Draft Plan of Subdivision, Draft Plan of Subdivision Conditions, and Zoning By-law Amendment due to unforeseen changes, including increased road widening and a new approach to preserving a heritage farmhouse.
The City of Brampton consented to the revisions.
Relying on uncontested land use planning evidence, the Tribunal found the revised instruments represented good planning, maintained the original development principles, and were consistent with provincial and municipal policies.
The Tribunal approved the revised instruments and authorized the City to clear the draft plan conditions.
