The appellant, a quarter horse jockey, appealed a one-day riding suspension imposed by the Stewards for interference during a race.
The Ontario Racing Commission denied the appeal, finding that the video evidence clearly showed the appellant crossing over and taking the path away from another horse, thereby putting the other jockey in danger in violation of Thoroughbred Rule 11.07.
