The Registrar of Alcohol and Gaming issued Notices of Proposal to revoke the liquor licences of the licensee and suspended them on an interim basis.
The hearing was previously adjourned pending the outcome of criminal charges against the licensee's principal.
After the criminal charges were stayed, the hearing was rescheduled.
However, the Registrar requested a further adjournment sine die to allow the Federal Crown to seek directions regarding the unsealing of the application record in the criminal proceedings.
The licensee consented to the adjournment and the continuation of the interim suspension.
The Board granted the adjournment and ordered the interim suspension to remain in effect in the public interest.
