O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a tele-conference pre-hearing on April 16, 2010, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 17910 dated March 2, 2010 to suspend liquor licence number 91994 issued to 1767861 Ontario Inc., operating as O’GRADY’S TAP AND GRILL, 171 College Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5T 1P7;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Licensee’s Representative, Jerry Levitan, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing June 24, 2010;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 10.2, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
