The Ontario Land Tribunal held a third Case Management Conference regarding appeals by RIC (Midland Land) Inc. for the Town of Midland's failure to make decisions on a zoning by-law amendment and a proposed plan of subdivision within the statutory timeframe.
The parties reported that discussions were ongoing and productive, and requested a further CMC to continue discussions and consider mediation.
The Tribunal scheduled a fourth CMC for January 31, 2023.
