The Ontario Land Tribunal issued a procedural order to govern the conduct of a land compensation hearing between Trimterra Development Corporation and the City of Ottawa under the Expropriations Act.
The order sets out deadlines for documentary discovery, examinations for discovery, expert reports, mediation, and the eventual 10-day hearing.
