The Ontario Review Board conducted an annual review of the accused's detention disposition pursuant to s. 672.81(1) of the Criminal Code.

The Board ordered that the accused remain subject to a detention disposition at the hospital with conditions, noting his recent progress but emphasizing the need for continued treatment and supervision.
