Procedural order amended on consent to accommodate scheduling conflict for cultural heritage expert meeting.
The Niagara Escarpment Commission requested an amendment to a previously issued procedural order to accommodate an expert witness in cultural heritage planning who was unable to attend the scheduled same-expert meeting.
As no parties opposed the request, the Ontario Land Tribunal granted the amendment, adding a supplemental paragraph to establish a revised timeline for the cultural heritage experts to meet and file their Statement of Agreed Facts and Issues.
