Tribunal issues final order amending zoning by-law for 14-storey development after settlement conditions met.
Following an interim decision that approved a revised settlement proposal in principle for a 14-storey mixed-use development, the Ontario Land Tribunal issued its final order.
The Tribunal confirmed that the conditions, including the form and content of the revised zoning by-law to the satisfaction of the City of Toronto, had been met.
The appeal was allowed in part, and the former City of Etobicoke Zoning Code was amended accordingly.
