The Registrar of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario issued a Notice of Proposal to revoke the corporate licensee's liquor licence due to outstanding retail sales tax arrears.
At the hearing, the parties submitted a Consent Settlement Agreement.
The Board accepted the agreement, ordering the licensee to pay $6,027.59 in arrears to the Ministry of Finance and adding a condition to the licence requiring timely filing and payment of future tax returns.
Consequently, the Notice of Proposal to revoke the licence was withdrawn.
