Sex discrimination complaint concluded after parties reached a satisfactory settlement agreement.
The complainant alleged she was discriminated against in her employment because of her sex.
Before a hearing could take place, the complainant advised the Commission that she had reached a satisfactory agreement with the employer and wished to withdraw her complaint.
The Board of Inquiry concluded the matter, noting that no evidence was presented to indicate a contravention of the Ontario Human Rights Code.
