The Registrar of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario issued a Notice of Proposal to suspend the licensee's liquor licence for alleged violations of the Liquor Licence Act and its regulations.
The allegations included failing to display a Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder warning sign, keeping off-licence liquor for sale, permitting off-licence liquor on the premises, and failing to provide proper liquor price lists.
The Board found violations regarding the presence of off-licence beer on the premises but dismissed the allegations regarding the warning sign and the price lists.
Written submissions on disposition were requested.
