Connection help

Contact a@minicounsel.ca with the host you use, the approximate time of the failure and the displayed error. Do not send passwords, access tokens or confidential document contents.

1. Connect minicounsel from the OpenAI Plugin Directory and complete account linking in the browser. Confirm the requested access before allowing the connection.
2. If authorization expires or is cancelled, restart linking from the host. Use the same minicounsel account that holds your files and existing entitlements.
3. If the free allowance is exhausted, the connection stays active. The tool response explains when another session becomes available. Private files require eligible Pro or Max access and completed document processing.
4. If a figure link expires, request the figure again. For a multi-part document, follow the returned continuation instructions.
5. To stop future plugin access, disconnect minicounsel in the host's plugin settings. Material already returned to a conversation may remain there, and a previously issued figure link continues to work until expiry.
