ENDORSEMENT
1This motion for default judgment against the defendants for the amount of US$375,000 is granted. I am satisfied that the plaintiff has now resolved the uncertainty in the original request which was denied by the registrar.
2Following further clarification from counsel, pre-judgment interest shall commence as of January 22, 2025 at the contracted rate of 21% per annum. Post-judgment interest shall be at the rate set under the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. C.43, which is 4.0%.
3The plaintiff shall also have its costs in the amount of CDN $2,853.54.
