1This motion for default judgment is granted. The facts support judgment in the amounts set out in the amounts set out in the draft judgment provided. In addition, I am satisfied that the judgment debts arise from fraudulent misrepresentations within the meaning of 178(1)(e) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B - 3, as amended and that they shall survive any present or future bankruptcy proceedings made by the Defendants.
2The plaintiff sought no costs, and none are ordered.
