ENDORSEMENT
1The plaintiff was granted leave for an urgent hearing of its motion for an interim injunction. The defendants were only served with the motion materials this morning and they require additional time to file responding materials. This motion proceeded effectively as though it were brought on an ex parte basis.
2I am satisfied based on the plaintiff’s materials that there are sufficient grounds on which to justify issuing an interim injunction. Order to go as signed.
3This matter shall return before me on May 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. for a three-hour hearing. Counsel shall agree amongst themselves on a timetable. The SCJ Halton Filing Office shall accept all filings without regard to the usual timeline requirements. All motion materials shall be uploaded to Case Center no later than 1:00 p.m. on May 4, 2026. There is no requirement for counsel to file confirmations forms.
Mills, J.
