Endorsement

[1] Following the release of my endorsement on costs of February 12, 2026, it was brought to my attention that Mr. Rewa renewed his original motion for additional disclosure from Halton last September. Irregularities with the filing meant that neither Mr. Rewa's motion materials, nor the responding materials were brought to my attention.

[2] In the circumstances, the endorsement of February 12, 2026, ONSC 908, is to be reviewed to limit the cost award to the sum associated with the fake case references. The balance of the costs order is stayed for the time being.

[3] Submissions on the motion are to be scheduled to be heard, in person, in Brampton, on Friday May 1, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.
