THIS COURT ORDERS that the motion is granted, the crossclaim of the moving parties, Carehaus Properties Inc. and Darren Voros is not, and was never, deemed dismissed and it shall continue.
THIS COURT ORDERS that the responding parties, IHA Canada Inc., Louise Desjardins, and William Kerr, shall pay the moving parties all-inclusive costs of $6,500.00 within 30 days.
This order bears interest at the rate of four percent per year commencing on February 8, 2025.
