Endorsement
1By Endorsement dated March 28, 2025, I granted default judgment and summary judgment to the Plaintiffs. That Endorsement addressed costs in paragraphs 59 through 63 and asked counsel for the Plaintiffs to prepare a revised Costs Outline in accordance with paragraph 61. I have now reviewed the revised Costs Outline from counsel and accordingly issue this additional Endorsement on costs.
2I order that Ms. Boccia is to pay the Plaintiffs their costs in the amount of $37,785.79. Salvatore Boccia is to pay the Plaintiffs their costs in the amount of $27,200.23. 215 Holding Corp. is to pay the Plaintiffs their costs in the amount of $27,200.23. David Shpilt is to pay the Plaintiffs their costs in the amount of $27,200.23.
3Each Defendant is to pay their respective costs amount within 30 days of April 29, 2025.
4An order to this effect has been issued.
