Endorsement

[1] By Endorsement dated March 28, 2025, I granted default judgment and summary judgment to the Plaintiffs. That Endorsement addressed costs in paragraphs 59 through 63 and asked counsel for the Plaintiffs to prepare a revised Costs Outline in accordance with paragraph 61. I have now reviewed the revised Costs Outline from counsel and accordingly issue this additional Endorsement on costs.

[2] I order that Ms. Boccia is to pay the Plaintiffs their costs in the amount of $37,785.79. Salvatore Boccia is to pay the Plaintiffs their costs in the amount of $27,200.23. 215 Holding Corp. is to pay the Plaintiffs their costs in the amount of $27,200.23. David Shpilt is to pay the Plaintiffs their costs in the amount of $27,200.23.

[3] Each Defendant is to pay their respective costs amount within 30 days of April 29, 2025.

[4] An order to this effect has been issued.
