[1] This is further to a ruling I made reported at 2025 ONSC 1457. The complainant M.C. now makes clear that they do not seek to rescind the publication ban for their identity.

[2] The publication ban regarding their identity is reinstated. The publication ban related to the witness A.B. remains in effect.
