Addendum to Reasons for Decision
- This is an Addendum to my Reasons for Decision, released February 5, 2025, to correct a date found in paragraph 169 of those reasons. In that paragraph, the third sentence incorrectly reads that the shares were given at “Christmas 2019”. The evidence I accepted was that the shares were given at Christmas 1996. Accordingly, I amend the third sentence of paragraph 169 of my reasons to read:
“I accept Steven’s evidence that Mr. LaFrance physically gave the shares to Steven, Cheryl and Susan at Christmas 1996.”
