[2] For reasons orally delivered, decision made that Mr Chambers’ continued detention in pretrial custody is justified, for the time being, without prejudice to his ability to bring the matter back before the court with a further and better plan of release to address the “secondary grounds” concerns, as indicated in my reasons.

[3] For now, matter adjourned to already scheduled return date of October 18, 2023, in the Ontario Court of Justice.
