[1] This motion for judgment was heard by me in writing pursuant to the direction of Koehnen J. on April 24, 2023. No one appeared for the defendant and no materials were filed by them.

[2] The plaintiffs have established that they should be granted judgment pursuant to the settlement agreement against Patricia Giankas. Ms. Giankas shall be ordered to pay the plaintiffs $20,000, which is the remaining amount owing, plus pre-judgment and post-judgment interest in accordance with the Courts of Justice Act.

[3] The plaintiffs shall have their costs on a substantial indemnity basis of $21,441.23.
