[1] I have received Mr. Mangat’s email advising that Mr. Dhindsa is unwilling to act as litigation guardian. I have also received Mr. Ng’s email and confirmation of motion form indicating that the parties seek to adjourn this matter on consent to permit negotiation.

[2] In my last endorsement, I listed at paragraph 4 the apparent options for next steps once it is determined whether Mr. Dhindsa will be appointed litigation guardian. I said that I wanted the parties to have discussed and determined a timetable for the next motion(s) regardless of the outcome of the litigation guardian issue. I will proceed with the hearing on February 22, 2023 and still expect to develop a timetable for resolution of this matter. It may be appropriate to build in time for negotiations, but I expect to set a timetable to advance this matter to resolution.
