[1] The Plaintiff brings this motion for an Order transferring this action from Ottawa to Toronto.

[2] On March 31, 2022 the Honourable Justice Parfett made an Order transferring this action to the City of Toronto. There is no evidence before me that this order has been set-aside or otherwise varied.

[3] The requested relief has previously been granted. This motion is dismissed without costs.
