[1] In paragraph 26 of my Reasons for Decision on Motion, dated February 10, 2022, I incorrectly stated that Diamond had maintained the Plaintiff on benefits up to the hearing date. Counsel for the parties have clarified for me that the Plaintiff was paid benefits for 31 weeks and 1 day.
