ENDORSEMENT
[1] This is motion was heard and I delivered an oral judgment with reason to follow.
[2] I then invited counsel to obtain instructions and provide ideas for the practical facilitation of my order that contact is to resume. Specifically I require assistance on the practicalities of resumption including, when, who to facilitate, who to provide support for the child.
[3] Second, I require submissions on the early schedule, anticipating that the frequency and circumstances will be guided by the child’s reaction, positive or hesitant.
[4] I offered further involvement in a few weeks, subject to my narrowing availability once the experience has matured.
[5] Counsel will attempt to have a consent to facilitation my already announced decision to my judicial assistant Nicole.Anderson@ontario.ca by 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2022. If they are unable to agree, the matter is on my list for August 10, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. for their submissions upon which I will decide the pace and circumstances of the resumption of contact.
[6] Costs may be addressed by written submission of no more than two pages plus bills of costs. The parties may agree on a schedule and arrange to send the submissions also to Nicole.Anderson@ontario.ca.
