ENDORSEMENT

[1] The Defendant, Lopresti brings this motion pursuant to R. 6.01 for trial together of two actions which arise out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on January 18, 2012. The action brought by the Plaintiff, Ian Belle bears Court File No. CV-19-00624718-0000. The action brought by the Plaintiff, Nicole Harvey bears Court File No. CV-19-00624719-0000. The parties in both actions consent to an order that the two actions be tried together or one after the other or as the trial judge may determine.

[2] The relief sought is within the jurisdiction of an Associate Judge. Rather than send the motion back to counsel, so it may be brought before the proper Judicial Officer, I am prepared to deal with this matter.

[3] I am satisfied that the two actions arise out of the same occurrence, and that it is in the interests of justice that the matters be tried together or one after the other as the trial judge may determine. I grant the order sought.

[4] Order to go in accordance with the draft consent order, filed and signed by me.
