[2] I am also satisfied that the Applicant has and continues to act in good faith and with due diligence such that the request to extend the Stay Period to December 22, 2021, is appropriate in the circumstances. I note that the required cash flow statement is contained in the Third Report of the Monitor.
[3] The motion is granted and the order has been signed in the form provided in the Record, as amended to provide for a bid deadline of December 31, 2021
