ENDORSEMENT
[1] On August 19, 2021, Myers, J. granted a Mareva Injunction freezing the assets of all Defendants.
[2] The Plaintiffs and the Defendants, Ashwani Taneja, Kiran Taneja, Srishti Taneja and 1666463 Ontario Inc. (the “Taneja Defendants”) agree to the terms varying the Order of Myers, J. to unfreeze three bank accounts of the Taneja Defendants and to transfer funds from one of those accounts into the Plaintiffs’ solicitor’s trust account. The funds will be held in the Plaintiffs’ solicitor’s trust account until either there is written consent of the Plaintiffs and the Taneja Defendants directing the transfer and/or payment of these funds, or further Order of this Court.
[3] The proposed Order sought does not affect the Defendants, Harcharan Singh Jaggi, Varinder Kaur, Gursimar Singh Jaggi, Arshpreet Jaggi, LSC SERVICES & SOLUTIONS INC., 2697203 Ontario Inc., and 2767119 Ontario Inc. They have not been provided with notice of the consent to vary the Order of Myers, J.
[4] On reading the consent of the parties, I grant the order requested. Order to go in accordance with the draft order filed and signed by me.
