[1] At the request of and on the consent of counsel for both parties, paragraph 246 of my Reasons (Murray v. TD Life Insurance Company, 2021 ONSC 4748) shall be amended to read as follows:
This court orders and declares:
Coverage under both Certificate 5906997 and Certificate 9944093 is in full force and effect.
The defendants shall pay $8,543.82 to the plaintiff for payments made on mortgage 5906997, plus pre-judgment interest.
The defendants shall pay the full balance of mortgage 5906997.
The defendants’ counterclaim is dismissed.
The defendants shall pay damages to the plaintiff for mental distress in the amount of $10,000, plus pre-judgment interest.
The defendants shall pay punitive damages to the plaintiff in the amount of $150,000.
