ENDORSEMENT
[1] On August 19, 2021, Myers J. granted two orders to the Plaintiffs; a Mareva Injunction/Norwich Order and an Amending Order. The Plaintiffs seek an order extending the Orders, and for production of all bank accounts of 2767119 Ontario Inc. with the Bank of Montreal from September 8, 2021. The Jaggi Defendants seek a variance of the Mareva Injunction to unfreeze the account of the Defendant, 2767119 Ontario Inc. to allow business transactions from the account in the ordinary course, and for an order that the Plaintiffs not interfere with third party suppliers supplying in the ordinary course of business. The Jaggi Defendants also seek a variation of the Orders to allow for the payment of their legal expenses.
[2] On being advised of the consent of the parties, I grant the relief sought by the parties. Order to go in accordance with the draft Order filed and signed by me.
[3] I remain seized with respect to the Mareva/Norwich Order proceedings.
