ENDORSEMENT

[1] In my decision of September 9, 2021, I urged the parties to settle the costs of this motion if at all possible and invited written submissions if such efforts failed.

[2] I now have received a letter from counsel advising that costs have been agreed upon.

[3] In accordance with the agreement of the parties, the Plaintiffs shall pay to the Defendant for costs the sum of $10,000.00, inclusive of HST and all applicable disbursements, An order in that regard shall issue.
