REASONS FOR DECISION

PERELL, J.

[1] Pursuant to the Class Proceedings Act, 1992,[^1] in this certified class action,[^2] which was commenced in 2015 and certified in 2018, the parties have agreed to settle subject to court approval. The settlement approval motion is scheduled for October 14, 2021.

[2] The Plaintiff moves for an order approving the form and content of the short and long form notices to the Class Members. The notices are attached as Schedules “A” and “C” to the Plaintiff’s Notice of Motion. The Plaintiff also moves for approval of the plan for the distribution of the notices. The Distribution Plan is attached as Schedule “B” to the Plaintiff’s Notice of Motion. The Notice Plan is similar to the notice plan approved for the dissemination of the notice that the action had been certified.

[3] Having read the motion record, I am satisfied that the motion should be granted. Order to go as requested.
