ENDORSEMENT
[1] The Applicant has advised that it will defer seeking relief related to the Third Party RHBP Claims (only) until the next hearing scheduled for August 27, 2021. Counsel for Huntington University has requested that none of the deadlines or procedures set out in the Compensation Claims Process Order shall apply to Third Party RHBP Claims, and that the methodology, deadlines, and procedures for Third Party RHBP Claims shall be governed by a further Order of the Court to be sought on August 27, 2021.
[2] The Applicant has advised that it is agreeable to this request. Accordingly, the deadlines and procedures set out in the Compensation Claims Process Order shall not apply to the Third Party RHBP Claims at this time and will be dealt with by a further Order of the Court on August 27, 2021.
[3] The remaining requested relief was not opposed. It is supported by the record and is granted. An order has been issued to reflect the foregoing.
