[1] By endorsement dated June 28, 2021, I granted the Plaintiff’s motion for an injunction. I reserved with respect to the issue of costs.

[2] The parties advise that they reached an agreement with respect to costs. On being advised of the consent of the parties I award costs to the Plaintiff fixed in the amount of $40,000 inclusive of counsel fee, disbursements and HST.
