ENDORSEMENT

[1] The Applicants bring this motion for leave to amend the Amended Notice of Application to add Sentry Insurance Company, formerly known as Sentry Insurance Company a Mutual Company (“Sentry”), Teva Canada Limited (“Teva”) and National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA (“National Union”) as Respondents. The proposed Respondents consent to the relief sought. The parties agree that the Application as against Sentry and National Union, and any other insurance policies that were issued to Teva and/or related entities, except for those policies issued by QBE Syndicate 1886 at Lloyd’s of London, will not be heard at the time of the Application on July 5, 2021, but instead will be adjourned to be heard at a later date, as directed by the Judge hearing the Application.

[2] On reading the consent of the parties, I grant the relief sought. Order to go in accordance with the draft order filed and signed by me.
